As you enter into the final days of December, there is power in reflecting on the past year. It helps you to be grateful for all that you have accomplished, the ways you have grown, and the things you have learned in the process. It also is the first step in think about your goals for the new year.

In today’s podcast episode of Monday Morning Moments, I share at least 3 “Rs” that will help you perform an annual debrief of the last year – a process and rhythm I do myself and highly recommend – in order to reflect and gain valuable insight about this past year.
