My morning routine involves doing things in 4 quadrants of life: spiritual, mental, physical, and emotional:
- Spiritual
- Morning quiet time involving Bible study and prayer – It is the first thing I do every morning before I do anything else.
- Physical:
- Drink Athletic Greens and carrot juice
- Coffee with Momentous collagen peptides
- Go for a run or do a workout to get moving
- Mental:
- Read a chapter in a book or listen to an audio book
- Read a trusted news source like the Wall Street Journal or The Athletic
- Develop/Review my top 3 priorities for the day – the the things I must accomplish if I accomplish nothing else
- Plan my day by reviewing my calendar and aligning my top priorities with my schedule
