His client list includes small startup businesses, Fortune 50 companies, churches, non-profit organizations, executives, entrepreneurs, and amateur and professional athletes and performers.
He created and led multiple practice areas within Accenture and served as a thought leader developing several key operating models to create high performing teams, culture, and organizations. This Human Performance framework is one that we use with our consulting clients and provides a model for building individual competency, workforce capability, and organizational performance.
