We often let negative thoughts linger in our minds preventing us from performing at our best in sports, business, and life. The process of renewing your mind involves identifying and becoming aware of negative thoughts and replacing them with positive and productive thoughts that can help you maximize your potential, achieve your goals, and pursue your purpose.
