The 5 forces of fear, pressure, doubt, lack of confidence, and negative thoughts can lead to serious anxiety and depression in our lives. While these forces are real, they are typically not based on truth and are rooted in lies that we choose to believe or listen to. We control the DVR of our mind and the soundtrack of our heart, and we must choose to replay the great moments of our lives and listen to soundtracks that will uplift our lives, which begin with focusing on positive self talk.
