Mike Van Hoozer is a former Senior Executive and leader within the Human Performance practice at Accenture. Mike has over 30 years of consulting experience with small and large companies helping to develop high performance individuals, teams, and organizations. He excels at helping individuals and organizations reach breakthrough performance and sustainable results. His client list includes small startup businesses, Fortune 50 companies, churches, non-profit organizations, executives, entrepreneurs, and amateur and professional athletes and performers.

He created and led multiple practice areas within Accenture and served as a thought leader developing several key operating models to create high performing teams, culture, and organizations. This Human Performance framework is one that we use with our consulting clients and provides a model for building individual competency, workforce capability, and organizational performance.
